Introduction to four components of industrial chiller:

1. Compressor

The refrigeration compressor is used to suck in the refrigerant vapor in the evaporator, compress it to the condensing pressure, and then discharge it to the condenser. The commonly used compressors are piston type, centrifugal type, screw type, rolling rotor type, sliding vane type, etc. Dongyuejin hermetic chiller uses piston compressor, while screw chiller uses screw compressor.

2. Condenser

The function of the condenser is to condense the high-temperature refrigerant vapor from the compressor into liquid. During the condensation process, the refrigerant vapor emits heat, so it needs water or air to cool it. At present, the evaporator used by Nanjing Dechang Machinery Co., Ltd. is manufactured by an enterprise specializing in the production of pressure vessels. It is safe, has a pressure vessel certificate, has good sealing performance, has strong heat exchange capacity, and is easy to clean and maintain. Shell and tube condenser and fin condenser are commonly used.

3. Throttling equipment

The function of throttling mechanism is to reduce the pressure from condensation pressure to evaporation pressure when refrigerant liquid flows through the throttling mechanism, and part of the liquid is converted into vapor. Common throttling mechanisms include capillary tube, manual throttle valve, thermal expansion valve, floating ball regulating valve, etc. The capillary tube does not have the regulating function. The other three throttle valves can regulate the flow of refrigerant entering the evaporator of the chiller to adapt to changes in refrigeration load, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating the refrigeration capacity.

4. Evaporator

The role of the evaporator is to make the refrigerant liquid evaporate into vapor to absorb the heat of the cooled object. The evaporator is a device that outputs cooling capacity, which can cool liquid refrigerant or directly cool air. It has the choice of single circuit, double circuit and three circuit.
Introduction to the principles of the four components of the industrial chiller:

1. Evaporator: everyone knows that evaporation needs to absorb heat, so where does the industrial chiller absorb heat in this evaporation physical process?, Since it is called a chiller, of course it absorbs the heat of water. In the specific operation, the evaporator is made of copper tubes coiled round, and a standard water tank is made. The coil is fixed in the water tank, so that the refrigerant R22 in the copper tube can absorb the heat of hot water. At this time, a temperature sensing probe is placed in the water tank, and the PLC circuit board has the temperature display function to detect the temperature of the water in the tank. This kind of evaporator is generally called the water tank coil evaporator, which is mainly used for the water-cooled box type chiller and the air-cooled box type chiller.

2. Condenser: The function of the condenser is completely opposite to that of the evaporator. It is to make refrigerant R22 return to liquid and provide liquid R22 for the evaporator. During the working process of the compressor, we all know that there will be high pressure and low pressure problems. High pressure R22 will evaporate, and low pressure R22 will condense. The condenser is such a device. Its main purpose is to let refrigerant R22 dissipate the absorbed heat. In practical use, there are two methods: one is to use the special fan of the chiller for heat dissipation, and the other is to use the cooling tower for circulating heat dissipation. We call it air-cooled box type chiller that uses fan to dissipate heat. The fan is placed near the copper tube. After starting, the fan blows against the copper tube, and the heat absorbed by R22 in the copper tube will be lost in the air. The water-cooled chiller that uses the cooling tower to dissipate heat is called water-cooled chiller. It uses the normal water that has not been supplied by the source to pass through the shell and tube condenser. The shell and tube condenser is a simple heat exchange device, which can walk along R22 while walking along with water, and has a junction surface. In this way, the normal water can take away the heat of R22 to achieve the effect of R22 condensation.

3. Compressor: The compressor is the core component of the whole refrigeration system and the power source of refrigerant compression. Its function is to convert the input electrical energy into mechanical energy and compress the refrigerant.

4. Expansion valve: the expansion valve is both a flow regulating valve and a throttle valve in the refrigeration system of the chiller. It is installed between the drying filter and the evaporator in the refrigeration equipment, and its temperature sensing package is wrapped at the outlet of the evaporator. Its main function is to reduce the pressure of refrigerant liquid with high pressure and normal temperature when it flows through the thermal expansion valve, and change it into low temperature and low pressure refrigerant wet vapor that enters the evaporator, where it vaporizes and absorbs heat, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling.
